We rely on these agents to update or correct information on the Site as we do not visit these properties to confirm the accuracy of the details.

If you believe any information on the Site to be inaccurate, please let us know and we will investigate and correct if necessary as soon as practicable. However, it is your responsibility to make relevant enquiries with the agents before buying any of their properties.

Croatian law shall apply to these terms, notwithstanding the jurisdiction where you are based. You irrevocably agree that the courts of Croatia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these Terms and for those purposes irrevocably submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of the Croatian courts. The place of performance shall be Croatia.
