We bought the building, pulled down almost all of it and built a new restaurant with three terraces, two halls, a large kitchen, toilet facilities equipped with deluxe sanitary ware (separate for guests and for staff), storage space, coatroom, boiler room. The restaurant has a high-quality ventilation system for the dining hall, kitchen and toilets. The kitchen is equipped with a range-hood for better ventilation, and there is central heating, two air-conditioners and gas fittings with a 1.75m³ gas tank.
The restaurant is equipped with high-quality and stylish lights, new sanitary ware, cherry-wood bar with copper and granite parts, seats faced with bricks, but with no restaurant equipment. The interior part of the restaurant can seat 60 guests, and the terrace can seat 140 people. The restaurant has its own parking area.
