Villa Rodin, 100m from the sea and surrounded by pineapple trees, is situated in Okrug Donji, a small fisherman village, 8km from Trogir, on the western part of the island of Ciovo. It has two double bedrooms (16m2 each), two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with SAT/TV (45m2) & sofas, plus two terraces where you can eat your meals in the sunshine. The villa has 128 m2 of living space and can normally accommodate 4 persons, but we can supply you with extra beds on demand to accommodate a further 4. There are also 2 sofa beds in the living room. Guests have use of a barbecue/grill and there is parking for two cars.

Crystal clear sea, beautiful beaches, pineapple trees, olive trees, rich Mediterranean vegetation and the peace and quiet are all the ingredients which will make your vacation in Okrug Donji unforgettable. The center of Okrug Donji village is just 200m away where you’ll find restaurants, a post office and a grocery store. A tennis court and fitness center are 2km away from the house. There is only one apartment in the house, so you can enjoy fully privacy. We, the family Miklausic, will be at your disposal during your stay in our villa if you ever need anything.

Most of all, the biggest attraction to Villa MAX is the peace & quiet.

Included in the price

Bed-linnen, water and electricity, TV, parking, cooking utensils and cutlery, cleaning equipment, weekly change of bed-linnen and final cleaning on your departure.

Not included

Taxes, which amount to about EURO 0,80 p.p. per day in the off-season, and EURO 1,00 during the season. Children between 12 and 18 years pay 50% taxes, children up to 12 years do not pay taxes.
