Dalmatian Coast Holidays reproduces on the Site photos of properties and details relating to them that are supplied to us by the owners of the properties or their agents. We rely on the owners or their agents to update or correct information on the Site as we do not visit the properties to confirm the accuracy of the details.

If you believe any information on the Site to be inaccurate, please let us know and we will investigate and correct if necessary as soon as practicable. However, it is your responsibility to make relevant enquiries with the owners or their agents before renting (or buying) any of the properties.

Although we hope this Site will be of use and interest to you, we accept no liability and offer no warranties in relation to it and its content to the fullest extent that such liability can be excluded by law.

Croatian law shall apply to these terms, notwithstanding the jurisdiction where you are based. You irrevocably agree that the courts of Croatia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these Terms and for those purposes irrevocably submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of the Croatian courts. The place of performance shall be Croatia.
