"Villa Cavtat" is situated in the picturesque town of Cavtat, 18km south of Dubrovnik, near to the old town and hotel "Croatia". "Villa Cavtat" is located at the entrance to Cavtat, 200 m or just a few minutes walking distance from the town centre, with spectacular views over Cavtat and the whole Dubrovnik archipelago. Located in a quiet and peaceful area, surrounded by mediterranean vegetation where you may find the perfect place to spend your vacation, "Villa Cavtat" cherishes a long and rich tradition of hospitality. The accommodation is perfect for families and those who wish to spend their vacation in peaceful and beautiful surroundings, and at the same time having the possibility to visit Dubrovnik and many other interesting destinations as often as desired.

We offer our guests 10 bedrooms for BED-BREAKFAST or you can book individual apartments for rent.
All accommodation units are fully equipped and tastefully decorated.

Apartment (8 - 10 persons)
This apartment consist of 4 bedrooms, kitchen and a dining room tastefully combined together, 4 bathrooms and terrace.

Apartment (6 persons)
This apartment consist of 3 bedrooms, kitchen and a dining room tastefully combined together, 2 bathrooms and 3 balcony's with sea view.

Apartment (4 persons)
This apartment consist of 2 bedrooms, kitchen and a dining room tastefully combined together, a bathroom and 2 balcony's with sea view.

Apartment (2 persons)
This apartment consist of 1 bedroom and kitchen tastefully combined together, 1 bathroom and terrace.


3 Rooms have their own sea view balcony, the rest a garden view. All rooms have their own bathroom.

Parking for all guests is available.

Breakfast is available upon request.

We warmly recommend you to visit Cavtat and stay at "Villa Cavtat" during low season as well. Escaping the usual tourist crowds has its benefits, you can enjoy the mild Mediterranean climate, and at the same time experience the perfect peace and quietness of Cavtat.

Included in the price

Bed-linnen, water and electricity, cooking utensils and cutlery, cleaning equipment, weekly change of bed-linnen, and final cleaning on guests departure.

Not included

Taxes amount to about EURO 0,80 p.p. per day in the off-season, and EURO 1,00 during the season. Children between 12 and 18 years pay 50% taxes, children up to 12 years do not pay taxes.

Breakfast is on request.
