About "Vala Apartments"
Open from May 1st until October 31st.

Mokalo, a small place located on the peninsula of Peljesac, 3 kilometers east of Orebic, is home to our seaside camp and apartments "Vala". The south side provides a beautiful view of the island Korcula and numerous small islands and reefs, with the slopes of famous Peljesac vineyards behind. Here, in the shade of centuries-old pines and olives, right next to a beautiful cobble beach and the crystal-clear sea you will find your ideal vacation spot. Possibilities of sailing diving, fishing and other sea activities, combined with the hospitality of your hosts will make your stay an unforgettable experience.

The accommodation

"Vala" offers you five apartments of various sizes including one A2+2, three A2+1 Studio and an A2+2 Studio. All apartments have a balcony or terrace with a view of the sea. Kitchens are fully equipped. Distance from the gravel beach is 100 meters.

Getting there

Airport

Dubrovnik about 1 hour 45 minutes' drive.
Direct flights from Europe and connecting flights from Zagreb

Ferries

Orebic - goes to and from Korcula
Can take a ferry to all the main islands.

"Vala" is located in the south of Croatia, on the southern side of the Peljesac peninsula, in Mokalo - 3 km east of the town of Orebic.

Facilities in brief


Besides Croatian, we speak English, German and Italian. Additional services and conveniences within a 5 km radius include: Ambulance, Self-service store, Exchange post, Post office, Newspapers & tobacco, Pizzeria, Tavern, Disco, Tennis, Telephone, Mail box, Dock, Gas sales, Parking lot, Picnic trips, Bicycle rent and Diving.
We have our own 0.6 ha campsite too.

Included in our prices

Bed-linnen, water and electricity, cooking utensils and cutlery, cleaning equipment, weekly change of bed-linnen.

Not included

Taxes amount to about EURO 0,80 p.p. per day in the off-season, and EURO 1,00 during the season. Children between 12 and 18 years pay 50% taxes, children up to 12 years do not pay taxes.
