About "Dubrovnik Apartments" The apartments are centrally situated in Lapad, a suburb of Dubrovnik. They are close to the main bus routes to get you around town and are within walking distance of the beaches, shops, post office and the outdoor Summer Cinema. A warm welcome is extended to all travellers, both local and those who come to us from further afield.The apartments in Dubrovnik have a stunning view of the harbour and its many yachts and ships which sail up and down Croatia's coastline. The accommodation The apartments can accommodate from 2 - 6 adults. A typical small apartment consists of a sleeping area that opens out to a balcony, a kitchenette and a bathroom. The larger apartments have 2 bedrooms, a kitchenette and bathroom. The rooms all have fans and bedding and towels are provided. Each of our 8 apartments are individual and differ in style. A more detailed price can be given upon request. We now have our own swimming pool for all our guests!

Bed-linnen, water and electricity, cooking utensils and cutlery, cleaning equipment, weekly change of bed-linnen, and final cleaning on guests departure. Not included Taxes amount to about EURO 0,80 p.p. per day in the off-season, and EURO 1,00 during the season. Children between 12 and 18 years pay 50% taxes, children up to 12 years do not pay taxes. |
