Our house lies far away from the road noise, but not lonely and only 30m away from the sea. It is a very clean and beautiful holiday house with 9 Apartments (space for 2-9 persons). From the terraces of all the apartments you have a marvelous view of the sea. All apartments are equipped with: air conditioning, SAT-TV, Telephone & kitchen. Some of apartments have a Balcony. For young people the town of Karlobag provides exciting entertainment at night. Nearby you can find facilities and terrain suitable for badminton, biking, downhill skiing, fishing, hiking, hiking, jogging, mountaineering, rock climbing, scuba diving, swimming, tennis, water sports, wind surfing.

The beach is nearby and we are close to lake. The residence is family friendly with facilities for infants and senior citizens. Apartments are either non-smoking or smoking. The property is ideal for winter sports and as a winter-residence. Dogs are permitted.

On the ground floor we have a beautifull restaurant providing you with a varied menu for all tastes, including some of Croatia's best dishes.

Included in our prices

Bed-linnen, water, gas and electricity, cooking utensils and cutlery, cleaning equipment, weekly change of bed-linnen, final cleaning on guests departure and taxes. Taxes amount to about EURO 0,80 p.p. per day in the off-season, and EURO 1,00 during the seasonTaxes, b. Children between 12 and 18 years pay 50% taxes, children up to 12 years do not pay taxes.
