The property is located in a perfect position right on the water’s edge in the quiet Dalmatian village of Bobovisca on the island of Brac. The house is a three storey building of 6 apartments with balconies overlooking the marina. It suits both large groups who want to make use of several apartments, or small groups who just want to book a single apartment.

On the ground floor there is an apartment with one double and one twin bedroom with an additional double sofabed. Both rooms have a large terrace with view onto the marina. This apartment includes a bathroom.

On the second floor there is a lovely studio apartment with a double bed and a huge balcony with views on the marina. It has also air conditioning. On the same floor there is a second studio apartment over looking the garden. It has 2 single beds with no balcony. There is also a 3rd apartment on this floor that has two rooms, one large double bedroom and living/dining room with a sofabed. It has a beautiful balcony overlooking the marina. It has air conditioning.

On the top floor there are two huge apartments for four people each with lovely balconies that have views on both the marina and the charming garden.

Come and holiday in this authentic Dalmatian seaside village. Relax in the sun and take in the easy going atmosphere of this unique place or hire a boat from the very friendly people and find yourself a deserted beach to claim as your own. Take a car or even a bike and also explore the island of Brac with its wild countryside, its many coves and its traditional old stone villages.

To get there take the 45 minutes car ferry from Split to Supetar and then Bobovisca is just 20 minutes’ drive away. Alternatively, come by plane and take the 30 minutes taxi/bus ride from the airport to the ferry port, relax on the crossing then take a taxi to the villa.

Included in the price

Bed-linnen, water and electricity, TV, parking, cooking utensils and cutlery, cleaning equipment, weekly change of bed-linnen and final cleaning on your departure.

Not included

Taxes, which amount to about EURO 0,80 p.p. per day in the off-season, and EURO 1,00 during the season. Children between 12 and 18 years pay 50% taxes, children up to 12 years do not pay taxes.

If you have pets we charge a nominal €5 a day.

Extras

You can hire a small boat for exploring the region by sea.
