About "Villa Stella" apartments

Situated in the bay of Saldun on the Island of Ciovo, just two kilometer away from Trogir town center, Villa Stella offers you three luxury apartments and it is able to accommodate up to ten persons. Apartments are air conditioned, all with SAT/TV, phone, fully equipped kitchen, and balcony.

There is one studio apartment for 2, and two apartments for 2+2 persons.

Other on-site amenities include a parking lot; 6-10 open spaces.
Barbecue usage is available on request.

About Trogir & the island of Ciovo

Trogir, compact and situated on a small island, seems to be a castle on the water with the prisms of its towers and crystal of its bell-towers. Placed in the area of Mediterranean climate, Trogir with its 2700 sunny hours per year is a real treasure among other tourist destinations in Croatia. Do the evening walk through tiny streets and squares during the Trogir Summer Festival and enjoy the Folk dances, Classical concerts in the cathedral, or music nights on Radovan square.

Location

Trogir is connected with major Europe cities through a very well organised airline network. Airport Split is only 4km from Trogir, so literally, you are just a few hours away from this beautiful town. If you are coming by road, follow main Croatian road (D1) from Zagreb through Karlovac, Gracac and Knin to reach Trogir from the North. If you are coming from Italy, you will reach Trogir by following Adriatic Road through Rijeka, Senj, Zadar and Sibenik.

You can reach Villa Stella by turning on to the small stone bridge, drive across the Trogir old Town and Ciovo bridge than turn right and follow the road for about 2000m. There is a small uphill street on the left side of the road and on the right side there is sandy beach and beach bar "Tropicana". Turn to the left, up to the hill and drive for about 220m and then turn to the right. Drive for more 50 meters and you will see Villa Stella. There is a large parking place for your cars.

Not included

Taxes amount to about EURO 0,60 p.p. per day in the off-season, and EURO 0,80 during the season. Children between 12 and 18 years pay 50% taxes, children up to 12 years do not pay taxes.
